This policy is written for Provision's pilot and early customer use. We keep it practical and transparent, and we expect to refine it as the product, integrations, and legal requirements evolve.
Information we collect
Provision may collect account information, restaurant and company details, operational setup information, submitted form data, product usage information, connected-system data, and support communications needed to provide and improve the service.
Phone numbers and SMS data
Provision may collect mobile phone numbers for operational workflows such as inventory count invites, team coordination, operational alerts, receiving/count coordination, and support. We may process SMS delivery status, opt-out status, and related message metadata so these workflows can operate reliably.
Transactional operational SMS
Provision SMS messages are transactional and operational. Message frequency varies based on restaurant activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. For support, email support@ourprovision.com.
How we use information
We use information to provide Provision, support onboarding, operate workflows, troubleshoot sync or setup issues, communicate with customers, and improve the product experience.
Operational data
Provision is designed to work with inventory, purchasing, vendor, POS, recipe, and analytics data. Customers should only connect systems and upload data they are authorized to use.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Provision does not sell or share SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Provision, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, support, email, and SMS delivery tools. Service providers may process data only to provide Provision services.
Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Customers may request deletion or export support where applicable.
Your choices
You can request help with privacy questions, update account information where supported, and opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Reply START to opt back in to operational SMS messages where supported.
